Is it possible to freeze memories? I monumentalised my letters by making oversized facsimiles in stainless steel. The fragile, fading and disintegrating pieces of paper recreated in a virtually indestructible material, enlarged to over 10 times their original size. The stainless steel was folded, bent and torn to imitate the malleability and lightness of paper.
